Marketing Operations Lead

About the role

Rho is looking for a Marketing Operations Lead to serve as the connective tissue across Growth, Brand, and Community. You will build and run the system of record for all workstreams, translate data into actionable reporting, and ensure visibility for executives and the board.

Key responsibilities

• Own a single system of record tracking every workstream’s owner, status, and metric.
• Run a weekly written review to surface slipping work early.
• Translate Growth Engineering and data‑science outputs into executive‑ready reports.
• Track vendor and spend commitments, flagging any unapproved moves.
• Maintain up‑to‑date marketing strategy and planning documents.
• Coordinate hiring, budget, and planning requests with cross‑functional partners.
• Map ownership and backup owners to eliminate single‑thread risk.
• Prepare the VP of Marketing for exec and board conversations with current workstream status.

Required profile

• Designed and run incrementality or lift tests, understanding seasonality, cross‑channel halo, and saturation.
• Fluent in SQL and experienced building dbt models in a data warehouse.
• Owned marketing or GTM data with financial impact and defended CAC/attribution figures.
• Reconciled conflicting numbers across ad platforms, CRM, and warehouses.
• Hands‑on experience with systems such as forms, routing, CRM sync, reverse ETL, and taxonomy.
• Defined metrics proactively and exercised judgment on PII and compliance in a regulated financial‑services context.
• Comfortable operating as the sole person in the function, influencing without direct authority.
