Marketing Coordinator – Real Estate (Houston, TX)

About the role

Anywhere Advisors is looking for a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to support real‑estate property listings and agent marketing initiatives in Houston. Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will create and manage both print and digital campaigns while collaborating closely with agents to boost their visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute local and global print and digital advertising campaigns, adhering to brand style and quality standards.
• Partner with agents to customize marketing materials, leveraging social media and digital platforms.
• Provide one‑on‑one or group guidance on brand content updates and resource navigation.
• Support adoption of the company’s technology platform through personalized assistance.
• Create and edit multimedia assets—including video, photography, and interactive PDFs—using internal marketing tools.
• Design newsletters, brochures, postcards, and other print/digital collateral using brand templates or custom designs.
• Utilize AI platforms to enhance agents’ print and digital marketing efforts.
• Manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring internal quality standards are met.
• Streamline internal print production workflows and maintain knowledge of in‑house printer capabilities.
• Present at brokerage sales meetings and undertake additional culture‑building projects as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of multi‑channel marketing experience.
• Experience in real‑estate, luxury goods, services, or hospitality is a plus.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple projects under pressure.
• Strong presentation skills for one‑on‑one, small‑group, and large‑group settings.
