Marketing Coordinator

About the role

The Marketing Coordinator supports LiNA Medical USA's marketing initiatives for its growing portfolio of medical devices for minimally invasive gynecology and urogynecology. The role balances work with management, field sales reps and physicians, implements marketing tactics and supports the administrative needs of the professional education program. Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing tactics such as email campaigns, print advertising and other activities to promote the product offering
• Handle conference and exhibition logistics
• Manage the USA CRM platform as subject matter expert
• Analyze data and create reports
• Maintain promotional materials inventory and demo product/model logistics
• Attend and take part in conference calls, training programs and sales meetings as required
• Support the professional education program by arranging events, updating key reports and managing hospital VAC product approval logistics
• Perform other administrative functions to support the business

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or a related field
• 2+ years of marketing experience and 1+ year of related experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Organized, able to use company systems and reporting tools, and able to learn quickly
• Works well independently or in a team, prioritizes and manages time effectively

Required skills

• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office
• Preferred: experience with Mailchimp and Google Ads
