Summer 2027 MBA Intern (Various Fields)

About the role

Michelin is recruiting MBA-level interns for a 13-week summer internship (May to August) at its North America headquarters in Greenville, South Carolina. Interns join the Manufacturing, Sales or Marketing team and work on projects such as business development, market and industry analysis and innovation, collaborating with senior leaders. Successful interns may be considered for full-time roles.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyze information, formulate and test hypotheses, and develop and communicate recommendations
• Present results and implementation recommendations to leadership with the team
• Structure ambiguous problems and take action to solve them
• Use data, facts and logical reasoning to make informed decisions
• Synthesize complex content into clear formats
• Collaborate with diverse teams and communicate effectively with senior leaders

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree and an advanced graduate degree in progress (e.g. MBA) at an accredited institution
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
• Relevant prior work experience
• US citizen, permanent resident or otherwise authorized to work indefinitely; no immigration sponsorship available
