Marketing Coordinator

About the role

AGIA Affinity, an insurance and benefits marketing partner to large associations and organizations, is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support its client Unemployment Services Trust (UST). The role ensures the successful implementation of marketing campaigns by owning and directing end-to-end project execution, working with internal teams and external partners on campaign execution, analytics and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop and execute digital and direct response marketing campaigns for assigned clients/partners according to marketing plans
• Own end-to-end campaign execution using defined processes and marketing technology platforms, coordinating tasks, timelines, approvals and deliverables
• Analyze historical results to recommend creative and segmentation strategies, apply basic statistics to A/B testing, and compile performance reports
• Support partner relationships by delivering marketing reports, obtaining approvals on campaigns and creative assets, and sharing results with internal stakeholders
• Travel up to 10% for in-person meetings; other duties as assigned

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 1+ year of marketing experience applying direct response principles
• 1+ year of project management experience (or project team experience)
• Experience with CRM-based email campaigns, social media scheduling, copywriting and design
• Exposure to multi-channel marketing and experience with internal and external stakeholders

Required skills

• CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Mailchimp or HubSpot
• Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneDrive)
• A/B testing and webinar tools

What we offer

• Salary of $60,000-$70,000 per year
