About the role

As a Marketing Advisor at Compass, you will serve as a trusted partner to our agents, guiding them through the full spectrum of marketing initiatives that drive business growth. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑impact, brand‑aligned campaigns that help agents stand out in the real‑estate market.

Key responsibilities

• Provide white‑glove, strategic marketing advice to agents, ensuring Compass marketing is best‑in‑class.
• Execute and manage a variety of marketing initiatives across branding, print, digital, social, direct mail, video, and paid media.
• Project‑manage custom marketing requests, coordinating design, vendors, and post‑campaign performance analysis.
• Develop tailored marketing strategies that maximize budget effectiveness and achieve agents’ business goals.
• Analyze marketing plans, optimize performance, and deliver insights for future campaigns.
• Liaise with design, luxury, PR, and other specialty teams to ensure cohesive brand delivery.
• Create “surprise & delight” experiences that add value and demonstrate proactive service.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of marketing experience within a brand, agency, or real‑estate brokerage.
• Strong understanding of multi‑channel marketing strategy and planning.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with a customer‑centric mindset.
• Proven project‑management ability to meet deadlines and stay within budget.
• Self‑starter who can work independently and take ownership of projects.
