Market President (Columbus/Albany/Auburn)

About the role

iHeartMedia, the largest audio company in America, is hiring a Market President for its Columbus, Albany and Auburn markets. The role leads the market's overall strategy and performance, develops and inspires teams, drives sales and revenue, strengthens key customer relationships and represents iHeartMedia in the local community.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage partnerships with current and potential clients across iHeartMedia platforms (broadcast radio, podcasts, iHeartRadio, Premiere, live events)
• Work directly with area CEOs and CMOs to create marketing strategies
• Build relationships with local governments, media, charitable organizations and industry boards
• Lead account presentations and coach junior sales members
• Execute market-specific plans and support national sales strategies
• Provide leadership and oversight for direct reports, including coaching and development
• Own the P&L for the local markets, balancing sales growth with operational efficiency
• Communicate visibly with the market and foster an inclusive, high-performance culture

Required profile

• Proven business leadership and management experience with a track record of revenue growth
• Experience leading high-performing sales organizations and building long-term customer relationships
• Business acumen, entrepreneurial mindset and ability to prioritize complex initiatives
• Ability to make timely, data-driven decisions and to balance local priorities with organizational goals
