Manufacturing Engineer – Electromechanical Manufacturing

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Manufacturing Engineer to support our fast‑paced electromechanical production facility in Houston. The role focuses on improving efficiency, ensuring safe and cost‑effective manufacturing, and collaborating with engineering, machining, fabrication, and assembly teams.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day manufacturing operations by troubleshooting production, assembly, and process issues.
• Develop, improve, and maintain manufacturing processes, work instructions, and production documentation.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, quality, and supply‑chain teams to enable efficient execution.
• Assist with new product introduction, prototype builds, process validation, and launch support.
• Work with machining, fabrication, and assembly teams to enhance manufacturability and flow.
• Analyze production data to identify continuous‑improvement opportunities.
• Participate in root‑cause analysis and corrective‑action activities for production or quality problems.
• Support fixture, tooling, and manufacturing process development.
• Implement engineering changes and ensure production readiness.
• Maintain compliance with quality and operational standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of manufacturing engineering experience in an industrial environment.
• Strong understanding of machining, fabrication, and assembly processes.
• Experience supporting production and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Familiarity with engineering drawings, BOMs, routings, and manufacturing documentation.
• Hands‑on mindset with strong attention to detail and process discipline.
