About the role
We are seeking a certified Service Technician to join our team at Classic Ford in Shelby, NC. The role involves diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing a wide range of vehicle systems in a clean, temperature‑controlled environment.
Key responsibilities
- Perform repair order tasks efficiently and in line with dealership policies.
- Test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment; conduct test drives.
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems.
- Communicate directly with Service Advisors to inform customers of additional service needs.
- Complete online multi‑point inspection reports.
- Execute warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications.
Required profile
- Minimum 4 years of experience as an auto technician.
- Comprehensive knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer‑service orientation and ability to work as a team player.
- Computer literacy and a valid driver’s license.
