Internal Service Advisor – Automotive Service

About the role

Infiniti of Charlotte is seeking a motivated Internal Service Advisor to support its fast‑paced service department. The role ensures smooth communication between technicians, advisors, parts, and management, helping to keep the shop operating efficiently and vehicles repaired on time.

Key responsibilities

• Open and manage internal repair orders.
• Dispatch work efficiently to technicians.
• Monitor shop progress and relay updates to advisors and management.
• Coordinate with the parts department to secure timely parts availability.
• Maintain accurate documentation and repair‑order notes.
• Assist with warranty and internal vehicle processing.
• Support quality control, vehicle status tracking, and technician productivity.

Required profile

• Previous automotive service or service‑advisor experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Team‑oriented attitude with attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of automotive repair processes.

Required skills

• Experience with CDK software (preferred).
