About the role
We are seeking a Managing Associate with solid experience and a strong interest in social law to join our Employment, Pensions and Benefits team. You will support a diverse portfolio of national and international clients on a wide range of HR‑related legal matters.
Key responsibilities
- Provide advisory and litigation services on employment, pensions and benefits issues.
- Assist both public and private sector clients, handling cross‑border matters.
- Collaborate with specialists from other practice areas to deliver multidisciplinary solutions.
- Develop customized strategies that align with clients' business objectives.
Required profile
- Law degree with outstanding academic results; additional qualifications (LLM, MBA) are a plus.
- 4–8 years of experience as an employment lawyer or in‑house specialist handling international matters.
- Fluent in Dutch or French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication.
- Client‑focused, pragmatic, and able to maintain the highest professional standards.
- Open, creative, flexible mindset with an entrepreneurial attitude toward technology and innovation.
