Manager, Strategic Finance & Corporate FP&A

About the role

TensorWave is looking for a Manager, Strategic Finance & Corporate FP&A to own the financial modeling that underpins both commercial contracts and corporate capital allocation. Reporting to the Director of Strategic Finance & FP&A, you will work in a fast‑paced environment where problems arrive from customers, investors, and internal stakeholders and require immediate, defensible analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Commercial Deal Modeling – build and maintain pricing engines for customer contracts, including take‑or‑pay economics, multi‑site portfolio pricing, term and credit sensitivity, and prepayment structures.
• Return Analysis – determine pricing against target returns and financing constraints, quantify trade‑offs when counter‑parties adjust price, term, or deployment schedule.
• Counterparty‑Ready Output – produce transparent, adjustable models for customers and advisors that withstand rigorous review.
• Corporate Model & Capital Allocation – develop and maintain the consolidated operating model, cash‑flow forecast, and long‑range plan linking contracts, site deployment, and cost of service.
• Strategic Analysis – provide the financial case that supports capital‑markets financing decisions and informs leadership on capital deployment across sites, hardware, and growth initiatives.

Required profile

• Hands‑on analytical mindset with a track record of building complex financial models.
• Ability to deliver high‑quality analysis quickly in response to external proposals or investor questions.
• Experience working on pricing, return analysis, or corporate financial planning in a technology‑focused environment.
