About the role

The Associate, Sales & Service Support leads internal communication and sales activities to help banking centers meet their goals and deliver a top‑tier banking experience. This role builds relationships, gathers market data, and drives business to branches across the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute internal communication strategies, including newsletters, SharePoint articles, and announcements.
• Conduct sales activities such as client interviews, community outreach, and lead generation to drive branch traffic.
• Maintain awareness of individual sales goals, track progress, and provide trend analysis reports.
• Respond to customer requests for account updates or closures, ensuring compliance and confidentiality.
• Stay informed on banking regulations, FINRA rules, and competitive market changes.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in customer service or sales‑related roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with producers and customers.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and apply independent judgment.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• Experience using internal communication platforms such as SharePoint.
