Manager, Product Page Optimization

About the role

The Manager, Product Page Optimization leads the team that generates digital insights and optimizes product pages to support HomeDepot.com's marketing, merchandising, operations and other partners. The role oversees initiatives using customer insights, product content, process improvements and AI-driven solutions to improve conversion, and works with business stakeholders to run high-impact projects. It manages a team of associates and contractors and provides matrix leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Present analysis, test results and recommendations to peers and senior management, and build a business case for site investments
• Lead conversion planning and forecasting on weekly, monthly, seasonal and annual bases, and run ad hoc analysis of issues affecting site performance
• Recommend changes to policies and processes supported by a clear business case
• Prioritize requests for report and analysis enhancements and maintain a list of enhancements for measurement technology
• Share leadership for the web analytics reporting and analysis teams and, over time, for structured site (A/B, MVT) testing
• Ensure consistency of information, methodologies and reports across peers, and share best practices

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; MBA preferred
• Legal right to work in the United States; age 18 or older
• Experience managing a team of 1-5 direct reports, including supervision, performance appraisals and professional development
• 5 years of work experience preferred
• Proven success applying AI to business processes, with measurable revenue growth and/or cost savings

Required skills

• Product page optimization and measurement of business impact
• Familiarity with PIM platforms and content management systems preferred
• Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Executive-level communication and presentation abilities
