Manager, Pro Digital Experience

About the role

The Manager, Pro Experience plays a key role in supporting The Home Depot's Pro strategic growth initiatives by leading workstreams that improve the end-to-end Pro customer experience. The role drives awareness, adoption and activation of digital products and capabilities among customers and store associates, partnering with Marketing, Internal Communications, Product, Operations and other stakeholders on communication, education and engagement strategies. It sits in Pennant Park, New Jersey.

Key responsibilities

• Own workstreams by identifying, researching and measuring their effectiveness against metric targets, then optimizing them based on performance and customer feedback
• Partner cross-functionally with internal and external teams, management and clients to drive change
• Develop recommendations by prioritizing team issues and leading or working within cross-functional teams
• Assess and select talent, build effective teams, coach and guide people, and create a positive culture
• Drive the creation and implementation of new initiatives, communicate projects through documents and presentations, and present to executives and sponsors

Required profile

• Age 18 or older and legally permitted to work in the United States
• At least 4 years of previous leadership experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a field related to the job
• Consulting and/or retail experience preferred
• Typically reports to a Senior Manager or Director, with 0-4 direct reports

Required skills

• Preferred: working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Tableau and presentation software such as PowerPoint
• Preferred: demonstrated project management skills, collaboration across functions, and ability to explain complex ideas simply
• Preferred: negotiation, complaint handling and dispute resolution skills
