About the role

Fooda is looking for a Manager of Client Success to lead its Austin market operations. The role ensures an exceptional daily experience for corporate clients and their employees by driving operational excellence across client accounts and restaurant partners.

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee day‑to‑day client success operations for the Austin market, the company’s largest region.
  • Coach, mentor and hold accountable a team of operations teammates across all product offerings.
  • Analyze performance metrics, report results, and align initiatives with company goals.
  • Lead recruiting, training and retention processes for the local workforce.
  • Identify and resolve operational challenges to meet client needs and improve restaurant performance.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Vice President of Sales and Operations and communicate updates to senior leadership.

Required profile

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to coach teams and influence leadership.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects from inception to completion.
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of prioritizing competing tasks.
  • Proactive problem‑solver who can voice ideas while staying customer‑focused.
  • Positive attitude and a hands‑on approach to tackling challenges.
