About the role
The Client Solutions Manager (CSM) will join TikTok’s SMB Growth team in Austin, helping advertisers of all sizes achieve their business objectives through TikTok’s ad solutions. Working closely with a Brand Partnerships Manager, you will combine data‑driven insights with consultative selling to educate clients, optimise campaigns and drive revenue.
Key responsibilities
- Act as a trusted consultant to develop and grow relationships with advertisers.
- Create media plans that align with client KPIs and TikTok’s ad products.
- Monitor, analyse and optimise campaign performance, providing proactive recommendations.
- Project‑manage complex media buys involving multiple stakeholders, timelines and assets.
- Support sales teams with pre‑sale research, pitches and client onboarding.
- Educate clients and agencies on TikTok ad solutions, best practices and measurement strategies.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure successful campaign execution and troubleshoot issues.
- Gather marketplace feedback to inform advertising strategy and product development.
Required profile
- Experience in account management or client service within digital marketing or advertising.
- Proven ability to manage complex client and campaign issues.
- Strong analytical mindset and comfort working in a fast‑changing environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer‑service orientation.
