Manager, Marketing Strategy - Owned Assets

About the role

The Manager, Marketing Strategy partners with real‑estate operations leaders, client representatives and marketing teams to design playbooks, property‑specific marketing plans, timelines and budgets that support brand priorities and financial goals. This role serves on Four‑Person Teams to monitor performance data, identify trends and recommend adjustments that maximize revenue and operational results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain marketing playbooks and individual property marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with brand and financial targets.
• Act as the marketing voice on Four‑Person Teams, tracking performance metrics, spotting emerging trends and recommending strategy adjustments.
• Recommend and implement advertising spend decisions, monitor budget compliance and seek cost‑effective ways to improve ROI.
• Design and deliver training sessions on tools such as Reputation.com, Modern Message, Social Media and Entrata Message Center, providing job aids and tutorials.
• Monitor business changes that could impact marketing plans, report on reputation sentiment and key performance indicators, and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with other Greystar Owned‑Asset Marketing groups to share best practices, support initiatives and pilot new products.
• Lead marketing activities for portfolio acquisitions and dispositions, following established checklists and ensuring smooth transitions.
