Manager, Marketing Strategy

About the role

iHeartMedia Markets is looking for a Manager, Marketing Strategy to join its iHeart Innovation Lab, an in-house engine for breakthrough thinking, premium storytelling and scalable marketing solutions. The role partners with iHeartMedia's top-performing sellers to turn business challenges into multi-platform marketing programs that deliver multi-million-dollar revenue opportunities for major brands. It suits someone who reframes briefs, leads high-stakes client pitches and shapes the narrative across broadcast, streaming, podcasting, influencers, social, live events and experiential.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with top sellers to shape and bring to market high-value revenue opportunities
• Translate client objectives into breakthrough, multi-platform marketing programs
• Lead brainstorming sessions that go beyond expected solutions
• Collaborate cross-functionally to develop scalable programs across markets
• Build pitch narratives and presentation materials, and own the pitch process end to end
• Stay ahead of cultural and media trends to inform strategy
• Develop recaps and case studies that drive future business
• Contribute to Innovation Lab thought leadership through internal and external content

Required profile

• 5-7 years in media, marketing, advertising or related fields
• Proven ability to develop and sell breakthrough marketing ideas, from concept through pitch
• Experience working with marketing budgets, forecasting and performance measurement
• Background working with large brands preferred

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint required)
• Adobe Creative Suite experience is a plus
• Solid understanding of multi-platform marketing (audio, digital, social, experiential)
• Excellent storytelling, writing and presentation skills
