Manager, Large Enterprise Sales

About the role

You will lead a team of Large Enterprise Account Executives who close new business in organizations with 10,000+ employees. This is a hands‑on leadership position where you will be involved in deals, pipeline reviews, and coaching conversations, owning the team’s forecast and revenue outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Own the team’s pipeline, forecast, and revenue results, driving execution across the full sales funnel.
• Coach experienced AEs on deal strategy, execution, and performance development.
• Increase forecast accuracy through rigorous deal inspection and pipeline reviews.
• Build repeatable, predictable sales practices as the team scales.
• Partner with Enablement, Marketing, RevOps, Product, and Recruiting to equip the team for success.
• Recruit and retain enterprise sellers capable of handling large‑account cycles.

Required profile

• 5+ years managing Account Executives, including at least 3 years of direct people management in a high‑growth startup.
• Experience selling into enterprise accounts of 10,000+ employees.
• Proven ability to coach AEs through six‑figure ARR deals with ~90‑day sales cycles.
• Strong track record of accurate forecasting and pipeline management without slowing momentum.
• Hands‑on leadership style, staying embedded in active sales cycles.
