Manager, Controls Engineering – Solutions & Delivery Optimization

About the role

The company is seeking a Manager of Controls Engineering to lead the Solutions & Delivery Optimization team. This senior leader will shape the strategy, standardization, and development of automation controls solutions across a global organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop a high‑performing team of experienced Controls Engineers.
• Drive the development, standardization and commercialization of controls platforms that enable scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with global engineering groups to align controls architecture, productization and solution development.
• Guide evaluation and adoption of new automation technologies for current and future solutions.
• Support engineering standards, best practices and governance for controls software and system design.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in controls engineering, automation, mechatronics or related industrial engineering disciplines.
• Proven leadership experience managing highly technical engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of modular automation design, controls standardization and industrial networking.

Required skills

• Experience with PLC, HMI, SCADA and Siemens‑based automation platforms.
• Knowledge of controls architecture and industrial networking.
