Management Associate – Executive Development Rotational Program

About the role

Join LexisNexis North America’s Executive Development Rotational Program and work directly with senior leaders on strategic projects that shape the future of the business. This two‑year, hybrid program offers six‑month rotations across strategy, pricing, market research, business development, acquisitions, sales, and more.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business leaders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and implementation plans.
• Analyze complex issues using data and business frameworks, quantify financial impact, and manage timelines.
• Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to build productive teams and present recommendations.
• Apply AI tools and data‑driven analysis to evaluate opportunities and support execution.

Required profile

• On track to obtain a professional degree (MBA, JD, PhD, or MD) before program start.
• 5+ years of relevant experience through academics, internships, research, or industry.
• Experience in finance, strategy, digital marketing, legal, or related fields preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication, problem‑solving, and analytical skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT.
• Data analysis skills.
