Managed Services Salesforce Director

About the role

As a Managed Services Salesforce Director you will lead the Salesforce consulting practice within PwC’s Technology Consulting division. You will partner with clients to analyse their business needs, design and implement Salesforce solutions, and provide training and support to ensure seamless adoption and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Set strategic direction and oversee execution of Salesforce consulting projects.
• Analyse client requirements and deliver tailored Salesforce solutions.
• Provide training, support and change‑management to maximise solution utilization.
• Identify market opportunities and convert them into successful client engagements.
• Mentor and develop emerging leaders within the Salesforce team.
• Maintain executive‑level client relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Promote innovative technologies and thought leadership in the Salesforce space.
• Balance multiple projects to achieve both short‑term and long‑term objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience.
• Preferable academic background in Computer & Information Science or Management Information Systems.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Salesforce Administration.
• Experience with Salesforce Lightning.
