SAP Technology and Data & Analytics Senior Manager

About the role

PwC is seeking a senior leader to drive SAP technology and data & analytics initiatives for our clients. In this role you will oversee the end‑to‑end delivery of SAP solutions, mentor high‑performing teams, and ensure seamless integration of business applications that support strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead implementation, configuration, and administration of SAP software across client environments.
• Analyze client requirements and design tailored SAP technology strategies.
• Guide development and support of SAP applications, ensuring smooth integration.
• Utilize ABAP to extend SAP functionality and enhance system performance.
• Promote SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Fiori to improve data visualization and user experience.
• Drive business transformation through strategic technology planning and process optimization.
• Build and maintain client relationships, addressing SAP technology challenges.
• Coach and mentor teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and inclusion.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree; Master’s or MBA preferred.
• At least 7 years of experience in SAP implementation and management.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects and manage diverse, inclusive teams.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
