Oracle Utilities Manager

About the role

PwC is seeking an Oracle Utilities Manager to lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Oracle utilities solutions that streamline the entire customer journey—from lead generation to revenue realization. The role sits within the Digital Core Modernization practice and focuses on delivering high‑impact business applications for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead implementation and configuration of Oracle lead management, sales automation, marketing automation, and customer experience solutions.
• Analyze client requirements to optimize operational efficiency using Oracle’s suite of applications.
• Manage end‑to‑end customer journey processes, including lead generation, sales, and billing.
• Own project planning, budgeting, execution, and delivery while ensuring quality and timeline adherence.
• Collaborate with team leadership to maintain collective ownership of deliverables.
• Utilize Oracle Utilities Customer‑to‑Meter (C2M) and Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB) for seamless integration.
• Coach and develop team members, leveraging their strengths to achieve client expectations.
• Address conflicts or issues with clients and internal teams, escalating when necessary.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in Oracle utilities or related enterprise applications.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
