About the role
The Make‑Ready Specialist ensures vacant apartments are prepared to Greystar’s quality standards for re‑leasing. This role involves performing technical and mechanical tasks to turn units into market‑ready condition before new residents move in.
Key responsibilities
- Complete all required repairs and improvements to apartment homes following the community’s make‑ready checklist.
- Caulk and seal windows, sinks, toilets, bathtubs, and showers as needed.
- Inspect sheetrock for damage and repair or replace it accordingly.
- Perform touch‑up painting in vacant and occupied units as directed.
- Assist in maintaining grounds, common areas, and amenities by picking up trash and debris and performing pressure cleaning.
Required profile
- Ability to follow detailed make‑ready checklists and quality standards.
- Physical ability to perform manual labor and lift equipment.
