About the role

Landmark Hospitality is seeking Maintenance workers to join our team, responsible for the upkeep and landscaping of our properties across New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

Key responsibilities

Maintain property upkeep, cleanliness, and physical landscape including gardens, lawns, flowers, trees, pathways, and fences.
Handle tools and equipment, perform carpet cleaning, landscaping, grounds cleanup, and swimming pool maintenance.

Required profile

Prior experience with plumbing, carpentry, hand tools, and minor painting.
Physical ability to stand, squat, lift 50+ lbs, kneel, bend, carry, climb ladders, and work overhead; weekend availability.
