About the role

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to resident service requests and perform repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building systems.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of common areas, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and upgrades.
• Document work orders, track inventory of supplies, and report completed tasks.

Required profile
