Maintenance Technician – The Cabochon at River Oaks

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the physical upkeep of The Cabochon at River Oaks. The role ensures that the building, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests and perform preventative maintenance, diagnosing issues and repairing according to policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination, and final quality checks.
• Manage inventory of tools, supplies, and equipment, tracking usage and notifying supervisors of re‑order needs.
• Document service requests accurately and promptly to ensure proper tracking.
• Maintain grounds and common areas by removing debris, pressure‑washing breezeways and pool areas, performing general cleaning, and painting curbs or signage as required.
• Support cost‑control initiatives by repairing parts when feasible and using materials efficiently.

Required profile
