Maintenance Technician – San Diego

About the role
Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support a lease‑up property of 220 units in the San Diego area. The role involves performing technical and mechanical work to keep buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas safe, functional, and presentable.
Key responsibilities
- Complete work orders generated from resident service requests.
- Perform preventative maintenance across the property.
- Diagnose defects or problems and execute repairs according to company policies.
- Maintain cleanliness, appearance, and safety standards for all physical assets.
Required profile
- 3–5 years of maintenance experience.
- Lease‑up experience preferred.
- Availability to work weekends, typically 9 am–6 pm.
