Maintenance Technician – Greenfield Village

About the role

The Maintenance Technician ensures that all building systems, grounds, amenities, and common areas at Greenfield Village meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, appearance, and functionality. You will work directly with residents to resolve service requests and perform preventative maintenance to keep the property operating smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident work orders promptly, diagnosing issues and completing repairs.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance systems.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.
• Provide on‑call support and weekend availability as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of property maintenance experience.
• HVAC certification preferred.
• Experience with appliance repair and general mechanical troubleshooting.
• Ability to work weekends and be on call.
• Familiarity with HappyCo or similar property management platforms is a plus.
