Maintenance Technician – 4‑10 hr Shift (Thurs‑Sun or Sat‑Tue)

About the role

Join Robert Bosch Tool Corporation as a Maintenance Technician working 4‑10 hour shifts on a rotating schedule. You will support state‑of‑the‑art automated equipment in a fast‑growing manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, install, and repair Automatic, Robotic, and CNC machinery.
• Maintain Automated Paint Lines, Setting Presses, Automated Welders, CNC Grinders and related equipment.
• Program and modify PLCs, HMIs, and servo controllers; jog and reset Fanuc and Denso robots.
• Teach and adjust robot positions for material handling paths.
• Plan, install, and diagnose primary and secondary electrical controls, including 3‑phase 480 V panels.
• Prepare wiring diagrams, perform mechanical repairs, and record changes.
• Enter all work into the SAP work‑order system and support continuous‑improvement activities.

Required profile

• Minimum four years of experience in a manufacturing environment with control systems, PLCs, CNC controls, and robots.
• Proven ability to read prints, schematics, and equipment documentation.
• Hands‑on experience with electrical panels and safety procedures (practical demonstration required).
• Strong problem‑solving, computer, and interpersonal skills.
