Maintenance Technician – $1,500 Sign‑On Bonus

About the role

This full‑time position performs technical and mechanical work to keep buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas clean, safe and functional. Lease‑up experience is preferred, and the role includes a $1,500 sign‑on bonus.

Key responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests and perform preventative maintenance, diagnosing and repairing defects according to policies and code requirements.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination and final quality checks.
• Manage inventory of tools, supplies and equipment, tracking usage and notifying supervisors of re‑order needs.
• Maintain grounds and common areas by cleaning, pressure‑washing, trash removal and painting signage as needed.

Required profile

• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, climb ladders, lift up to 25 lb independently (50 lb with assistance) and work in all weather conditions.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays on call and to travel occasionally to other properties.
