Maintenance Supervisor – 2nd Shift

About the role

Clopay Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for its 2nd shift at the Troy, Ohio plant. You will lead a team responsible for the upkeep of machines, electrical systems, facilities, and tooling, ensuring safe and efficient operations.

Key responsibilities

• Direct, supervise, and coordinate general plant maintenance activities, including repairs of machines, electrical systems, structures, and tool‑and‑die operations.
• Plan, organize, and assign work to match workforce skills and schedule optimal repair times with Manufacturing and Production Control.
• Oversee preventative maintenance programs and coordinate contractors and factory representatives for complex machinery overhauls.
• Maintain records, safety compliance, and ensure proper use of safety devices and housekeeping practices.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent; specialized training as a machinist or trade is desirable.
• At least six years of general plant and machine maintenance experience, including prior supervisory experience.
• Proven ability to lead teams across different shifts and communicate effectively with all facility employees.

Required skills

• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
