Maintenance Planner – Operational Readiness

About the role

The Maintenance Planner, Operational Readiness ensures effective planning, scheduling and execution of work management processes for the Hermosa mining project. You will establish a strong foundation by developing master data such as equipment strategies, job plans, material codes and asset criticality assessments, then transition to full‑time maintenance planning duties.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain master data including equipment strategies, job plans, material codes and asset criticality assessments.
• Establish and continuously improve work management processes during the initial operational readiness phase.
• Perform weekly maintenance planning and scheduling to support efficient operations.
• Coordinate with contractors and internal teams for maintenance activities and shutdown planning.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and contribute to long‑term asset reliability.

Required profile

• Permanent position based at the Hermosa Project site near Patagonia, Arizona.
• Ability to support operational readiness and long‑term asset reliability objectives.
