First Shift Mold Operator

About the role

Alleguard is seeking a dedicated 1st Shift Mold Operator to join its protective foam production team. You will be responsible for coordinating the molding process, ensuring products are finished to specification and ready for shipment during the morning shift.

Key responsibilities

• Operate molds and log production data.
• Run forklift to move logs, finished products, and pallets.
• Weight, cut, and shape products for proper orientation before shipping.
• Perform minor equipment maintenance and routine housekeeping.
• Use computer software to record production details and inventory.
• Assist with loading boxes, pallet stacking, and supplying grind bags.
• Assess product quality and maintain accurate inventory of logs.
• Perform overtime as needed without extended notice.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license and forklift certification.
• Comprehensive knowledge of product production processes.
• Strong math, reading, and communication abilities.
• Ability to work productively with minimal supervision.
• Good interpersonal skills and basic computer software proficiency.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, stretch and lift up to 50 lb for extended periods.
