Maintenance Planner

About the role

The Maintenance Planner will develop and maintain the Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for our Troy, Ohio facility, using data to identify critical equipment, improve maintenance programs, and support preventative and predictive tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and develop equipment lists, create master data including manuals, drawings, lockout/tagout information, and P&ID's.
• Set up master data, preventive maintenance (PM) and predictive maintenance (PDM) tasks in the CMMS, providing charts and trends.
• Develop equipment criticality through risk analysis and prioritize work accordingly.
• Maintain spare parts inventory and job kitting for projects.
• Contribute to site maintenance and reliability KPIs and develop long‑term preventative strategies to increase plant uptime.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of relevant maintenance planning or related experience.
• Proficient computer skills and ability to work with a computer terminal.
• Technical knowledge of plant equipment and maintenance management concepts.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving abilities and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
• Flexibility to work in fast‑paced, varying environments.
