Maintenance Associate – Full‑Time Hotel Role

Are you someone who enjoys hands‑on work, solving problems, and helping keep a property running smoothly? Home2 Suites by Hilton is seeking a dependable and hardworking Maintenance Associate to join its Maintenance team.

Key responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs throughout guest rooms, public areas, and hotel facilities.
• Respond promptly to guest and team‑member maintenance requests.
• Assist with preventative maintenance tasks to uphold Hilton brand standards.
• Troubleshoot and repair basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance issues.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance areas, tools, and equipment.
• Support property upkeep, painting, and minor repair projects as needed.
• Report safety hazards and maintenance concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and front‑desk teams to ensure overall hotel operations run smoothly.

Required profile

• Previous maintenance, facilities, or related experience preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and occasional on‑call situations.
