About the role

Join Bosch's Lincolnton Conversion, Customizing and Packaging Center as a Machine Operator on the 3rd shift. You will work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment supporting brazing and machining operations.

Key responsibilities

  • Set up and operate machines using basic hand tools and measuring devices.
  • Read product prints, prepare orders, and verify finished parts against specifications.
  • Identify common machine problems, troubleshoot, and perform basic maintenance.
  • Follow standard operating procedures, maintain machine cleanliness and tool organization.

Required profile

  • High School Diploma or GED; technical or vocational schooling is a plus.
  • 3–5 years experience with brazing processes or similar machining work.
  • Ability to stand, be mobile for 8 hours and lift up to 40 lb.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to read and follow instructions.
