LVN Pediatric Home Health Nurse

About the role

Provide in‑home private‑duty nursing care for medically complex children aged 0‑20, ensuring safe and compassionate support for both patients and families.

Key responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by a physician.
• Monitor health, safety, and potential abuse or neglect, following reporting guidelines.
• Maintain accurate documentation and electronic charting after each shift.
• Manage medical supplies and respond to parents' health‑related questions.
• Uphold company policies, HIPAA confidentiality, and punctual attendance.

Required profile

• Current, unrestricted nursing license approved by the Texas State Board of Nursing (RN, LVN, or LPN).
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and night shifts.
• Commitment to long‑term placement with a family.

Required skills

• Medication administration.
• Electronic charting (KanTime).
• HIPAA compliance and documentation.
