Logistics Operations Manager

About the role

Join A1 Logistics' operations team to lead end‑to‑end logistics planning and execution, ensuring reliable delivery performance and efficient warehouse and transportation operations while maintaining strict safety and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and optimize transportation routes and warehouse operations.
• Manage WMS, TMS and ERP systems to support inventory and order fulfillment.
• Conduct freight tendering, carrier selection and vendor management.
• Analyze logistics KPIs and drive data‑based process improvements.
• Lead cross‑functional teams and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in logistics operations, transportation and route planning.
• Hands‑on experience with warehouse inventory management and WMS/TMS/ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and process‑improvement skills.
• Excellent vendor and stakeholder management abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with a strong focus on compliance and safety.
