About the role
We are seeking Class A CDL drivers for a local lane that covers approximately 350 miles around North Hatfield, MA. The position offers an annual salary of $100,000‑$110,000 plus a mileage rate of $0.52‑$0.56 CPM, with an average of 1,500 miles driven each week. Shifts begin early, between 01:30 and 04:00, and typically run 12‑14 hours. Drivers work six days a week during peak periods, with split days off on Sunday and one weekday (not Monday). Uniforms are supplied and a paid orientation program is provided.
Required profile
- Must have personal transportation and pass a drug test
- Minimum age 21
- Valid Class A CDL and current DOT medical card
- Verifiable recent trailer driving experience with good employment record
- Clean driving record (no more than 2 accidents or violations in the last 3 years)
- Drug‑free status; SAP candidates not accepted
- Paid orientation upon completion and hiring
