About the role
Zurich is seeking an experienced Litigation Claims Specialist to join its Commercial General Liability team. The position offers a hybrid work model with flexibility to work remotely while attending the office as needed.
Key responsibilities
- Manage multi‑party commercial lines claims with moderate to high exposure and complexity.
- Follow best practices and protocols to ensure efficient, high‑quality, customer‑focused claim handling.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of claims or insurance experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must obtain and maintain required adjuster license(s) and have knowledge of insurance regulations, markets and products.
Required skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Strong analytical, critical‑thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
