About the role

Join Pizza Lucé’s high‑volume kitchen as a Line Cook at the Uptown location, preparing Minnesota’s best pizza and menu items in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

Assemble menu items and cook on pizza, sauté, or hoagie lines.
Maintain a clean, sanitized cooking area and follow food safety protocols.
Handle special allergy, vegan, vegetarian, and gluten‑free orders to prevent cross‑contamination.
Assist with prep, dishwashing, and large‑party or special‑event production.

Required profile

Minimum 1 year of cooking experience.
Must be 18 or older and able to thrive in a high‑volume kitchen.
Strong communication, detail‑orientation, and teamwork skills.
