About the role

Join Oregano's kitchen team as a Line Cook focused on sandwich preparation. You will help deliver high‑quality meals in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

Prepare food according to recipes, ensuring consistent quality.
Manage your station efficiently to meet timely order fulfillment.
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen.
Support teammates, including assisting with dishwashing when needed.
Report equipment issues, safety hazards, and incidents promptly.

Required profile

High‑volume kitchen experience preferred.
Valid state‑issued food safety and handling certification.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lb.
Minimum age 16 (18 to operate certain equipment).
