Line Cook – Richfield Location

About the role

Join Pizza Lucé’s high‑volume kitchen in Richfield as a Line Cook or Prep Cook. You’ll be part of a team that creates Minnesota’s best pizza and other menu items while delivering a fun, supportive work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble menu items and cook on the pizza, sauté, or hoagie line.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized cooking area.
• Follow recipe specifications and proper food‑production techniques.
• Handle special allergy, vegan, vegetarian, or gluten‑free orders to prevent cross‑contamination.
• Perform prep, dishwashing, and assist with large‑party or special‑event production as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 + year of cooking experience.
• Must be 18 + years old and able to follow food safety and sanitation protocols.
• Ability to thrive in a high‑volume, fast‑paced kitchen and work well on a team.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and strong communicator.

Required skills

• Knowledge of food storage, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lb, stand for long periods, and work in warm, noisy environments.
