Server – Richfield Location

About the role

Join Pizza Lucé’s Richfield restaurant as a server, delivering Minnesota’s best pizza in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment. You’ll greet guests, take orders, and ensure a memorable dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly, guide them through the menu, and take and serve food orders.
• Handle payments (credit cards, cash, gift cards, coupons) following proper procedures.
• Resolve guest issues or complaints promptly.
• Collaborate with bartenders, hosts, bussers and other team members to provide excellent service.
• Perform side work such as rolling silverware, refilling condiments and cleaning.

Required profile

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Full‑service server experience required.
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Team‑oriented attitude with ability to stay alert to guest and coworker needs.
• Physical ability to stand up to 10 hours and lift 40 lb.
