Line Cook – Plano

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Line Cook to join the kitchen team at Uchiko in Plano. You will work alongside experienced chefs to prepare high‑quality dishes and ensure a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work station.
• Assist with inventory stocking and handling of supplies up to 50 lb.
• Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, grills, and knives safely and efficiently.
• Collaborate with teammates in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Required profile

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in hot and cold kitchen temperatures.
• Effective communication with guests and staff.
• Willingness to follow safety protocols and company directives.
