About the role

We are looking for a skilled Line Cook to join our kitchen team at Luxe Golf Bays. The role involves preparing high‑quality dishes quickly while keeping your workstation clean and organized.

Key responsibilities

Prepare ingredients – chopping, slicing, marinating – according to recipe specifications.
Cook and plate orders following standardized recipes and portion sizes.
Maintain a clean, organized workstation and sanitize equipment.
Collaborate with fellow cooks, waitstaff, and kitchen management to ensure smooth service.
Monitor station inventory and report supply needs.
Ensure food quality, temperature, and presentation meet restaurant standards.

Required profile

Previous kitchen or restaurant experience preferred but not required.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
Ability to work quickly in a fast‑paced environment and stand for long periods.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lb.
