Required profile

• High‑volume line cook experience preferred.
• Valid state‑issued food safety and handling certification.
• Must be at least 16 years old (18 for certain equipment).
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
• Strong attention to detail and time‑management skills.
